In this position, you will work across global teams with the UX Manager’s support to deliver projects as part of our ongoing digital transformation.

Some of the everyday tasks you’ll take lead on are:

Designing, updating, and documenting components in Intrepid design system & rolling this out across our website
Building and maintaining Figma component library
Bringing your established UI and visual design expertise to elevate the visual impact of our digital products
Understanding and break down internal systems and data points to create simple and intuitive UI solutions
Delivering tickets in cross-functional sprint team, advising on accessibility requirements & interaction design best practices
Grow your UX and research skills in UX team with a focus on development & upskilling
To set you up for the best possible success, some of the essential skills you’ll possess are:

2+ years’ experience in a UX/UI team
Experience in building, maintain or scaling design systems
Experience working and collaborating in an Agile environment
Whilst not essential, experience with Figma would be highly regarded.
We are seeking Mid-Senior UI/UX Designers, however, if you’re experience isn’t quite at that level – we still want to hear from you as we offer strong career progression and professional development and would love to help you build on your skillset.

We are open to permanent, contract part or full time, and while our HQ is in Melbourne, we offer amazing flexibility with work from home options.
